The prospect of Barack Obama becoming President is more realistic and more terrifying every single day, so let me prepare you for the worse and pray for the best.

Life under Obama-Biden PART 1.

I believe a lot of rights will be violated if Barack Obama becomes President, especially from the United States Constitution which specifically says that "redistribution of wealth" ahaha is illegal.

First Amendment -

Obama would violate freedom of speech & freedom of press :
Freedom of Speech - Barack Obama will violate this, because people will be afraid to speak out against him because he is black, plus he would advance the political correctness agenda.

Freedom of Press - Barack Obama would sign the fairness doctrine (in case you do not know what that is, that was back in the 1940's FDR signed a bill that banned all communist from being on the radio, which killed AM radio, but the 1980's you could buy a AM radio station for 200 dollars or less, then Ronald Reagan overruled the fairness doctrine, and now we have Conservative heroes such as Glenn Beck, Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Michael Savage, etc. ), which would restrict the Conservatives main source of news to splitting time between Liberals & Conservatives, PLUS they want to expand it to the Internet, isn't that great?

Second Amendment -

Third Amendment -

This will not be violated, because no-one in America would let troops quarter in their house anytime, unless its their relative.

Fourth Amendment -

The fourth Amendment will not be violated when it comes to search seizure, all though he would protect organizations like ACORN from things like that.

Fifth Amendment -

The fifth Amendment will not be violated, in any such way I can think of.

Sixth Amendment -

Trial by jury, I have a feeling he will not violate this Amendment either.

Seventh Amendment -

Will not be infringed.

Eighth Amendment -

This will be violated, as excessive bail and fines will always be imposed, and if the fairness doctrine comes they would force the FCC to put huge fines on radio stations that violate the fairness doctrine, he will also violate this amendment by giving terrorists our enemy's rights - that they cannot be tortured.

Ninth Amendment -

I don't think this one can ever be violated.

Tenth Amendment -

This one will be violated, because it says the rights of the states & people shall not be infringed, state - Obama does not support a state banning gay marriage by majority of votes, would Obama allow each individual state to ban abortion if the time ever came? No. And Obama has ties to ACORN, which is making a mockery of the voters of the United States of America, and at the same time forcing people to register 72 times with bribes!

So, in review - Obama would violate the First Amendment, the Second Amendment, Eighth Amendment, and the Tenth Amendment. But hey, no-one cares about the silly hateful document created by those racist Founding Fathers do they?
