Second Amendment faces biggest challenge ever.

My fellow Americans,

The Second Amendment has faced numerous challenges through-out the years, especially in cities such as Washington D.C, San Francisco, Chicago, and now in New York - and it barely survived a trip to our United States Supreme State, that thankfully passed 5-4, its amazing that nearly half of our United States justices are against the Second Amendment, the Second Amendment has also faced threats from the Brady anti-gun group, and dozens of lawmakers.

But now the Second Amendment is facing its biggest challenge ever in recent memory -
The 2008 Presidential Election, between Senators John McCain (R) and Barack Obama (D).

Senator McCain agrees with the NRA 60% of the time, not the greatest rating when it comes to the Republican nominee but the VP makes up for that, Senator Obama on the other hand, he has a "F" rating from the NRA, has they said this "true enemy of gun owners’ rights." Senator Biden is on the exact same level as Obama on this issue.

Obama cannot change anything about the United States Surpeme Court ruling, but he can change ammunition more, make guns harder to get, is it really a coincidence that Gun sales have been going up the past few weeks, now that Barack Obama has gained ground in the polls (which I do not rely on), is it amazing that the Barack Obama campaign is in an outright war against the National Rifle Association, most politicans try to get the endorsement of the NRA because they are a highly influential group - even John Kerry in the 2004 election went duck hunting to get "pro-hunter" votes - would Barack Obama do that? NEVER!

Senator McCain may have only a "C" rating from the NRA, but lets remember his Vice President Mrs.Sarah Palin is a huge proponent of the Second Amendment, hunts as much as possible, and is a lifetime member of the NRA, as for Obama-Biden - both have "F" ratings from the NRA.

So what is the point?
The point is, your either voting for a staunchly Pro-Gun/Pro-Second Amendment ticket, or your voting for a staunchly Anti-Gun/Anti-Second Amendment ticket, and I don't know about you - but when economic times go bad, I want to have my gun - and atleast some of my freedoms.
